The 241 voucher should post back pretty much immediately.

I refunded one a month or two back and after several days it still hadn't been processed. I posted on here and someone said they'd had the same and they phoned up and it was sorted.

So I called up Executive Club (late one evening) and was told that it was still in the queue for processing. Then magically the voucher had reappeared by early the following morning.

So, YMMV. I think the strategy of phoning up and speaking to someone who can sort it in one if possible is the best and worth an off-line fee.
