Yes, domestic or int'l doesn't matter. Only the change ticket fee ($150-$250) will be the lost, the remainder will be usable. Just all the flights have to be w/in 1 year of the original ticketing date.

I think it has to be all used on one booking, so if there is too much $ balance, it can be also done as two round trips on one ticket when rebooked.
