Why pretend? that just distorts the surveys by people giving inaccurate answers. And in any case one of the terms (section 10) is
Member agrees to provide truthful and well considered answers to all survey questions.
i. e-Rewards reserves the right to withhold awarding Opinion Points to Member if, in e-Rewards' reasonable view, Members' survey question responses are untruthful or not well considered.
If I get once that doesn't appeal or is not relevant (like 'business decisions') then I simply ignore them
