Does anyone else have experience with this? I called VS to check on availability and at least the agent I got on the phone couldn't check availability directly. He had to take my information and call me back.

I'm hoping that Elevate availability means that it's bookable with VS points, but wanted to check and see if anyone had more data points on that.
