I have always received my "SUPER ELITE FLIGHT PASS BONUS - AIR CANADA PROMOTION" anywhere from a week up to three weeks after the purchase of the flight pass.

In some cases, the flight pass bonus would post before the miles from the flight pass itself (unlimited 20k/mo), and for the multiple flight credit flight passes the miles posted a few days after the pass was purchased.
