I never could wrap my head around SABRE, but to this day can still remember "PQXXX" in PACER where you could get a seat manifest for a full flight by entering the flight #. That saved quite a bit of time dealing with dupe seats versus trudging up the jetway and having to bother a gate agent.
Is The Lounge now back to normal width?
