Yes. (And if you book a future trip during April and don't touch the reservation, you have a decent chance of getting EBG on your boarding pass to enable fast track and lounge access at least on the outbound trip )

Actually three months. I think vinltrav has qualification year February-January. (I have March-February, and my EB cards are always marked 05/20XX.)
