It's listed as seasonal on the route map on the MDT airport website, but not listed as seasonal on other pages.

Oddly enough, however, the Frontier press releases that mention "seasonal service" either don't include MDT, or say something like "seasonal service returns on April 22." --- but then there is no end date listed for the service like there are for other seasonal routes.
