I was on a flight from RDU-YYZ. Last flight out, inbound plane was late, "snowstorm" in YYZ. As the plane arrived, the GA got on the intercom and said "okay folks, the plane is arriving and we have 22 minutes to turn this plane around. There's a snowstorm in YYZ and if we miss our window we aren't getting out tonight. Please have your photo ID and boarding passes ready ..." (and on to the remaining speech).
I don't know if we were actually out in under 22 minutes but it felt like it. I have never seen a flight board so smoothly or so quickly. Apparently no one wanted to be stuck in RDU overnight. (and my bags made the plane, so the ground crew must have been bootin' it too).
