Are you talking about YOW domestic/international security? If you have Nexus you bypass the main snake line and end up at a checkpoint behind perhaps 2/3 people that may be non-Nexus that were sent to that checkpoint because there were no Nexus people in it.
Do you really think they're going to staff a dedicated checkpoint for Nexus at YOW domestic / intl just to handle the handful of Nexus travelers at YOW? Try running the cost/benefit on that one...
