Call the PM desk and explain the situation and that you already have called/emailed several times.
The 'points' department might block it. Some department/supervisor need to override thingies. I know from experience (1 March 50% MQM not credited while different DL agents said everything should be corrected) the PM desk can make calls to the right department & give the right amount of credit 'real time' (before the call has ended) for the DAL-ATL-IAD legs. You should expect of course to get 0 credit for the AA segment.
