Could be the chemicals they used to clean the room or wash the bedding or maybe the a/c. It could also be the pillows, etc.. maybe you are allergic to something. Maybe it's worth seeing an allergologist.

Next time you could try taking an antihistamine (e.g. Zyrtek) before going to bed to see if it makes a difference.
