A flight shows under "My Activity" but there are zero miles and zero segments credited. Anyone know how to get DL to fix this? I've called three times. Each time, the agent claims to have fixed this but it remains unfixed. Maybe if someone knows the magic words to tell the agent and could pass them along to me, it can get fixed correctly...

Due to IRROPs, I was moved to another airline. I emailed a request for ORC. The original response was letting me know that AA was not a SM member so I wouldn't get credit for an AA flight. Knowing that I was incorrect, I called SM and was told the original flights would be credited.

Almost immediately, the flight showed under "My Activity" but despite two additional agents promising me it has been fixed, the flight continues to show no segments or miles credited, and the miles and segments have not been credited. Before I call DL back again, if anyone knows what I should tell the agent to get it fixed once and for all, I'd appreciate knowing.

BTW, I did a search and couldn't find anything. This seems like something that should have already been covered, so my apologies if there is an existing thread that I missed.
