Go to the QF website and look up your bookings there. Each flight's details will give you the booking class in which it's booked.
If you're booked in E class, then (as
LTN Phobia says) you will earn nothing in BAEC. When I get an E class flight, I just throw the miles into my QF account, mostly because they keep my miles alive there.

No problem with this. Where the domestic terminal has a business lounge, you will have access to that instead of the Qantas Club.
