If it was and now gone, then US has removed it. Will it return?? who knows, it may or may not. There has been a recent pattern of some partners restricting some inventory from StarNet.
I searched on united's site (as that for me has been the most reliable display of star alliance inventory) last week. My search, specifically the return portion of GIG-CLT in business class had 4+ Saver award seats in every day that week (12/29, 12/30, 12/31, and 1/1). Now when I look for those same flights, they are not even listed as an option using United miles (no saver or standard award seats).

To me, this is the first time i've ever seen such a situation where an entire route with tons of inventory just disappears overnight.

It is highly unlikely that all of the award seats (at least 16 seats over 4 separate days) were snatched up within the last week, so I'm trying to understand why they are gone, and if it's likely that they will reappear within the next couple days.

My first thought was that US Airways was updating their systems, and the award inventory was not showing up temporarily, but it's been more than 24 hours, and there are no flights available.
