I just took a look at their website and it seems that KIX doesn't have a special transfer facility. In other words, you come out of domestic arrivals and then you have to go up to the international departures floor and go through security and immigration as if you were originating at KIX.

Still should not be a major hassle, and you should not have to re-check your luggage or get new boarding passes.
