Now we have moved beyond PG13 to porn, an interesting short read for the lay person (such as myself) in the USA is the Miller test for obscenity. How one determines community standards for the (domestic / international) flying community is a potential interesting challenge.
I don't think the issue is whether the content is legal or not. Per the FAA, you don't have the right to watch porn or anything else if the FA tells you to stop. The 1st amendment doesn't apply.
