Why mess around with checks in the mail (potentially misdelivered, lost, etc.) when you can do direct deposit into Paypal? It took about 3 weeks from the date I requested my rebates online to get the funds in Paypal.
The paypal option isn't available on all rebates. On a receipt where I had 3 easy rebates items, two were available for rebate method through paypal, and one was through either staples gc or a check. So the option for Paypal isn't always available.
