Harvard sells the physical paper cases. I don't remember the cost but I think it is around $20 per copy plus shipping. It is somewhat dated now as well as it was focused on the opening of FS Paris. The copyright agreement you sign and/or agree to with HBS really prohibits any sharing what-so-ever without a royalty payment to HBS and even then is quite restrictive.
