Hopefully a very simple question.... is it possible to earn PriorityClub points for food / beverage spend when using the dining / bar facilities of a IHG property as a non-resident? Or can points only be earned with an accompanying overnight stay / room bill?

If it makes any difference then it would be a Hotel Indigo in the United Kingdom which would be of particular interest.

Usual apologies if this question is already answerred elsewhere; basic searches on both PriorityClub.com and in this forum yielded no definitive answer.
