That is why I read these forums. Usually the Credit Card Programs and Miles Buzz forums are more accurate than the customer service reps.

So what I am hearing is that it would probably go through as a regular transaction if I entered my pin on a chip and signature card, but there are no guarantees. Sounds about right.

...or more likely if the card doesn't work as a chip and signature, it won't go through at all using the ATM pin but it has sometimes.
