After Delta makes a flight change is there a timeframe I have to request different flights or a cancellation?

I had two domestic trips, one in June, one in July change the outbound by over 2 hours, I would still like to take the trips, but if the fare drops I'd like to re-book at the lower fare. They also added some flight options for the return that I would like to switch to but that schedule didn't change.
