Those will be a pittance compared to the award/fuel surcharges on any BA flights, although this trip could, in theory, be done on QF/CX (I know CX doesn't have surcharges on AAdvantage awards, not 100% sure of QF). But yes, starting the trip in DUB as opposed to LHR should save a decent amount.
