Nor should they state rules that don't exist. But until people learn what does and doesn't work and get in their seats as quickly as possible, we are going to continue to see/hear these creative attempts.

Maybe we need a grading system. Those that know how to get seated quickly get gold stars that allow them to board early and they can glare at those that don't and hold up departure. Maybe schedule a flight or two each day that is for gold star passengers only!
