EWR-BRU. When I got on board they had the socks waiting at the seats and came around asking if we would like PJ's. I had to ask for an eyemask. I also asked re. kits and was told there were none.

On BRU-EWR, it was obvious they weren't going to give us anything. No turndown service. They also wouldn't let passengers choose soup & salad with the meal service, only soup OR salad. '

I love the hard product, and the EWR-BRU flight was very pleasant, but no kits in biz is really tacky, and the complete lack of any amenities on the BRU-EWR flight felt very cheap.
