Slept solidly without any disturbance whatsoever in row 11 on AA50 from end of sundae to headphone collection. Best sleep I have ever had on a plane, including a few F trips. I have to say if sleep is all you care about I'd go row 10/11 in a heartbeat. No real traffic to speak of as people split directions for the lavs and don't really seem to be using the bar on night flights.
I didn't really have much of an issue with the problems folks raise. I found I could slide the seat forward to reach the foot rest more comfortably. I actually found the storage spaces great, the area at top by the headset locker can house my thin laptop or an iPad while the locker still opens, so that is how I used it. I found the seat on the whole far superior to the BA, United (both) and Delta/VS ones. The only thing I would totally want to see done is to make the meal table a sliding one. Other than that, I'm good
