I'm trying to use the coupon for another rental and it will not let me. I wrote to Avis' customer care and have not heard back. Has anyone ever had this happen? What were the results?
It almost sounds like the rental/original coupon was considered "no show" or "used". I run into this problem sometimes trying to modify an existing reservation using the weekend coupon and have to call reservations. This one probably needs AvisFirst help.
