On the plus side, the size of the shampoo and conditioner are decent.
As a follow up to this, I was at the same HH again this week and brought some shampoo back home to test it out where I know the quality of the water. I first used the KenetMD to wash my hair and once again got a poor lather. I then used my normal shampoo just to make sure and got a much better lather. So yes, the KenetMD shampoo (at least at the Hyatt Houses) gives a very poor lather.
