See if they can put you in the NE corner of the hotel (on the east facing side). That will give you the best view. The westside corners have a view of the water filtration plant with the backdrop of the Polish sunset. But a NW corner room should be pretty decent. Now that I think about it, I should put it: See if they can put you on the north facing side of the hotel, with the NE side being the first choice, the NW corner being second best, followed by the SE and SW corners. The hotel is one of the tallest buildings in the city, so it can be very panoramic.
