It's walkable if your really that interested. Stayed at the Park Inn by Radisson last month and in January. So far only two hotels in the area. The Park Inn which is pretty nice and a Meininger Hotel which is evidently a budget brand. I'm unsure exactly which one of the numerous buildings under construction will actually be the Element but my guess it that it is the one directly behind the Park Inn.

Will be nice to have another Starwood option at FRA but the pricing will have to be competitive to the Park Inn to get my business away from them. Club Carlson has become my alternative hotel brand for Starwood in Germany after their loss of several hotels plus CC has some really nice properties in Germany.
