Hello. I recently booked a fligh to sao paulo with my wife on iberia. I wanted extra leg room so I went to their online seating reservation page. i chose the row b the emergency exit on both the flight there and return. it accepted my payment of £20.00 per seat, total of £80.00

We checked inand our boarding passes showed the correct row, that i booked online. so far so good. but when we cam to our row, it was not the same as the loor plan onthe online booking system,and or row was one row back.

The same thing on the return flight. I went online and gave my dtails and explained what had happened. and 3 weeks later i got a reply that was obvisouly a preformateed discalimer stating I will no be getting a refund as I booked seats next to the emergency exit.

I KID YOU NOT!!!.

Any suggestions? Please I ould be very grateful.
