Also we haven't book the hotel, yet. We are between Hyatt, Marriott and Hilton. All seems to have good suite options. Any suggestions for three night stay? Our goal is just see the city, do some shopping and have a few good meals

By the way is the any must-do's in the city for the 30-something couple with 2 yr old boy?
People say that the sunday brunch at the Inter Continental is quite nice. They even have a pianist there. As for lodging, the Hyatt is by far the best of the three. However, it is in the southern part of the city, albeit in a very nice neighborhood. The Hilton is just in a bad location overall, not in safety terms, but in proximity to any tourist attraction. The Marriott makes up in convenience for what it lacks in style. Yes, it is a nice hotel, but the rooms are "cookie-cutter Marriott".
