Not really.. I had a 15 hour LAX-HKG flight in which the tanks were completely full; yet they only just had enough to get to HKG without tapping into their emergency reserves. So I'd expect the other flights from JFK and ORD to be in a similar position where they'd end up using the whole tank apart from their reserves.
