+1 here
Not just while traveling but also here @home or on the road. Big Red a/k/a VZW is (still) my primary and I've scaled back to T-Mo as a secondary/emergency backup for voice/WiFi - a decent, unlocked 3G quadband++ Android that's dual Sim on active standby would be perfect. Haven't found anything close at a "reasonable" price, don't really need to run Jelly Beans but once you are hooked of NFC

I keep saying wouldn't it be a nice to get my hands on a dual Sim Nexus 4 as I rather stay away from those PRC-made off-brand/generic clones, the ones from HTC/Samsung/Pantech/Huawei/etc. do not have 1700 Mhz (AFAIK or seen in my search) or would cost a bit more, and possibly carrier-locked if it's from the Americas with a contract. Haven't heard about the Bru lines of devices, the Quattro 4 sounded close as a quad with decent specs so adding to my short list.
