This cannot be done on the website.

A midcon ORD-SFO flight on a 738 is a pretty big waste of 15k miles and $75 IMHO but YMMV. If you really want to do it then call AA, pay $75 and they will deduct 15k miles from your account (if you're within 21 days and have no AA status it will cost $150 + 15k miles).

ps: Did I mention that it's not worth it?
