It certainly isn't built for comfort, but I didn't find it a huge issue myself.
7. there's less storage than the 772 since you can't put anything on or under the footrest.
Some people miss the shoe locker at floor level under the aisle side armrest and the space you do have is more useable during the flight since the space under the foot rest isn't used by the seat when it extends, unlike the 772 seat, so it is only during take-off and landing that you may feel there is less floor level storage.
8. the part of the table that's next to the window is not very useable, and the door to the cubbie where the Bose headset is stored opens right into a large portion of that table's area.
The door is irritating I agree, but I do like the space by the window and find it useful.
9. the 3-prong Bose outlet is VERY annoying!! I tried to plug in my own Bose QC15s with the Bose 2-plug adapter, but then there was all kinds of nasty artificial digital noise. weird.
I had no problems using my 2-prong adapter, but I did notice that it takes some considerable force to get it all the way in (same for the AA headphones 3-prong plug) if it is not all the way in you do get some odd noise.
