Scotiabank has a Global ATM Alliance that allows me to withdraw cash from participating ATMs outside Canada without being charged any access fees. The current banks included are:
Bank of America
Barclays
Deutsche Bank 24
Westpac Australia's First Bank
BNP Paribas
