On a couple of occasions, when I've seen flights start delaying out of a certain midwest hub, I've asked customers if they'd consider moving forward a flight just to make sure their connections don't get blown by a rolling delay. Most of them take me up on my offer and I confirm them on the next flight out. Obviously, no charge to them because it's a proactive move offered by me vs a reactive move.

I am, I believe, seeing more insiders informally posting here, and generally providing darned good information and insight.

Anything you folks post here is a much-appreciated supplement to the tiny stream of info coming from the official DL representatives (to gain a perspective on the official info flow rate, envision a 70 year-old man with prostate problems ).
