But everybody is right, this is not a luxurious property.
Which is a shame, because the location is A+ to me.

They can probably never eliminate the "convention center" feel of the hotel due to sheer size, location, and how busy it always is.

But they could definitely do a major upgrade to the rooms. But of course, I think they are focused more on the other Hyatt locations in the city for now
