As DCbob has reiterated, this area is littered with CVS stores. I probably have 5 locations that immediately come to mind.
I could tell you approximate addresses for probably 30+ CVS stores in the DC area just off the top of my head. And not a one of them has ever had VRs in stock. Don't expect to waltz into your closest location and pick them up daily, unless you're far out in the suburbs where they seem to be more prevalent.
