Quick taxi or 15 min walk to Marylebone Station and get the train from there to Wembley Stadium.

Or

tube from Marylebone on Bakerloo line to Wembley Central. Central is a 10-15 walk to the stadium but it's by far the best tube station to use as Wembley Park is by far the busiest so i always avoid it.
