I am the worst at this so I don't recommend anyone follow my example.

I never check luggage.

I go through the elite security line.

I check in online beforehand.

I arrive at the airport 45 min - 1 hr before takeoff, less for domestic flight.

If I arrive at the gate as they're boarding, I consider that an efficient transaction. If not, I consider myself inefficient

But most people prefer a bit more time.
