That is a departure lounge not arrival lounge.
Were you flying HKG-BKK in TG F ? If not you are not supposed to gain any access to any F lounge at HKG, only C lounge if you are *G and HKG-BKK segment with TG.
The RCC in HKG is now running by Plaza Premium people no matter catering or front desk, I do agree that some of them have no idea what the rules are.

Wow, that's great...I didn't know that. The only club I knew there were showers are in NRT. Is there a list somewhere of the clubs with showers? Thanks for the info.
