4 am too early for Mon 6 am flight at SFO?
SFO to BOS on UA First, then 2 hours before connecting to FRA on LH First

- Is SFO busy with business travellers for 6 am departures? If it's not busy, then can I arrive at 4:30 or even 4:45 am?
- Would the United lounge be open at that time?
