I picked up a 22" Eagle Creek Load Warrior in Black at REI.com. I'll post some photos and exterior/interior dimensions this weekend so people can compare. It might not be obvious but the load warrior has a piggyback strap in addition to the "bungee/helmet keeper".

Size-wise, exterior is mostly 22" tall and 14" wide including wheels. The exception is the small bump at the top for the pull handle and at the bottom sides for the wheels where they might protrude 0.25-0.5". Will need to pull out a stiff tape measure. It is closer to 8" deep when empty instead of 9" but given how soft the bag is, I'm sure that is to help with over-stuffing.
