As can I, so I'll respectfully disagree with you, e_c. Seatguru lists UA F as 78" x 31" on the 747 and CX F as 81-87" x 36" on its 747, with 12 suites in UA and 9 in CX. Plus the CX seats on both the 777s and 747s are much more private and nicely finished than those of UA. Plus the CX seats' footrests/ottomans are roomy enough that a companion can sit across from you and share a drink and dinner - a memorably romantic experience if traveling with a loved one. Plus the 1-1-1 lay-out on the CX 777s is practically divided into two semi-cabins with 2 suites on one side and 4 on the other, by virtue of a divider (perhaps four feet high) running down the middle of the cabin.

Having flown the 777s and 747s in F on both airlines, I think this comparison even understates the difference in some respects. And of course, let's not get started on the soft product...
