My thoughts exactly :/ It wasn't like I was asking for £40K etc. Even a person at the exec team was confused.
And I didn't give the insurance company authority to contact anyone and only co-operated as this was "suppose to be normal". They weren't permitted to do so.
I have been discussing the issue with my solicitor and she said that if I am able to prove business losses (and I am) due to this I may have a case.
Amex/ACE are now ignoring my emails.
