Sort've felt like it was one of those--I'll just tell you something to get off the phone type of thing...
Although I'm no longer there, I'm sorry for your negative experience. Like anywhere else, it truly depends on the person who takes your call, and not always you bump into a good one. However, I can tell the call center has very strict screening process to get into, and each agent is monitored monthly for their quality of service.
