I tried searching the IB forum in vain and hope that BA FTers may be able to help.
Attracted by a rather good Avios earning rate, I booked a car from Europcar South Africa for 10 days in February entering my IB+ number in the reservation. I understand car rental Avios typically arrive in a week or so. No Avios have appeared yet and Europcar SA customer 'service' seems not to exist, so I'd like to retroclaim.
The IB website has a webform for flights but for partners they direct you to another page, for Europcar showing just a Spanish phone number and an e-mail address:

I e-mailed (in English, my Spanish is distinctly 'get by) and have had no response.
Has anybody had experience of retroclaiming car rental Avios with IB, and what's the best way of going about it? Thanks for your advice.
BTW, Europcar South Africa seems distant from Europcar here. I was never able to get BD Diamond Club miles from Europcar SA rentals even though Europcar was a Diamond Club partner.
