Confused by Aeroseek and Flightstats

As some may remember from the Do at the end of last year, yes I know I went on a bit sorry, I'm going to SFO in May. In preparation (read being overexcited) if I'm at home during the day I've been checking timings and route details I've booked 64A for the views of the golden gate and the city on the way in, on flightstat's 1star only and Aeroseek and I'm confused, old and confused according to Mrs DMF, by some of the information I'm seeing.

In Aeroseek to track the 285 you would put in baw285 and up it would come but that does not seem to work now although it still works for the 287 and after investigating further I found you had to put in baw11m
Also in flightstat's flight BA11 comes up now and then further down the route list with BA285 at the top as the first flight of the day to SFO!

So my question to the great and the good knowledgeable people on the BA board is what the h**** going on?

For information from the UK I've been using the RadarBox tracker, I love the way some BA flights disappear when they cross the green line going straight up from the west coast of Ireland, and over the USA both the RadarBox and the Google Earth tracker did I say I was becoming overexcited
